Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, you have a cold due to the allergy, or viral infection. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have some blood tests to find the diagnosis, and to look any secondary infection. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylephrine, citrizine, and paracetamol. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good recovery, and resistance . wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
