What To Do For Enlarged Thyroid Glands?

yes I hae had thyroid problems for 10 yrs that I know of and they have kept me on 100mg of levothyroxine for that long well now my thyroid is inlarged and I have nodules on it and they r concerned about one and im going it the morning to have a biopsy done on it and I have gained 100lb, in ten years nothing is working they just keep telling me its my thyroid

Yes, get USG neck and FNAC of nodule if any. And what's ur S.TSH & Free T4 level? What r ur symptoms apart from weight gain ? Thyroid alone doesn't cause weight gain or loss more than 6-8 kg
