What To Do For Extreme Muscle Soreness And Weakness?

I m having extreme muscle soreness and weakness. Especially in my forearms and hands. Difficult to tie my shoes and squeeze toothpaste out. I had the flu shot on Thursday, I had flu symptoms Thursday evening. Felt better Friday and Saturday other than muscle aches and weakness.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Muscle aches and weakness can be due to repetitive stress injury or deficiency of vitamin D and vitamin b12. You can check vitamin D and B12 levels to rule out this. You can also do ice pack application on and off for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. This can be repeated 3 to 4 times daily. Taking NSAIDs like ibuprofen ( motrin ) for short term also helps.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
