What To Do For Feeling Sick And Dizziness Due To Hit In The Head?

I got hit on the head and I was fine for the first night just had a slight headache and felt sick but the left side of my body feels really weak,I can t feel my left leg or arm properly.. I keep feeling sick and dizzy everytime I go to stand up.. What shall I do?

I suggest you get taken to an ER ROOM immediately. The description of your condition suggests that something is evolving, either a collection of blood outside the brain pressing on top of it or perhaps a large bruise inside or on the brain which may be developing swelling and as a result the symptoms. But really, do not wait till later. Go now and get looked over, most importantly get a CT of the head to see if there is sign of damage in the way of a bleed which is active. Go now. Call 911 if you have no transportation.
