What To Do For Feeling Swelling In Uterus?

hello dr. majunath hope you are doing well.
actually i want to discuss my problem with you em really worried about this.
on 20th dec first time i take contriceptive pill after that on 23rd my periods are start for two days. n after that i feel badly panic swelling in my uterus and back feeling nausea sometime and feeling low , pale face.
please tell me something to do.

Hi

Nausea and abdominal cramps can occur with hormonal contraceptives. Most of the side effects reduce in the subsequent cycles.

In case of any persistent lower abdominal pain, pelvic ultrasound may be required to rule out any uterine abnormalities.
