What To Do For Frequent UTI?

Hello. I am a 18 year old female. I have been having urinary tract infections my whole life and lately they have been becoming worse. My symptoms are blood in the urine, frequency, pain while urinating, and small amounts. I took a urine sample and I found a thin white wiggly strip in my cup... I m concerned it is a parasite or worm or something and I have been missing school and had to quit my job because I keep getting these terrible infections. I have tried everything and the doctors are baffled.

HI
Well come to HCM
In female patient treating urinary tract infection is not that much easy, underlying cause of this is great matter and this need to be found out, but first culture sensitivity test is very important, and most of the time this gives much better result, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
