Your daughter needs to see a doctor and figure out what is happening. She is very anemic and underweight. She may be having some problems in her stomach and intestines that are causing this. I suggest she have an upper endoscopy to take a look at her stomach and see if she has ulcers or something else causing bleeding and nausea. She also needs further testing to see what type of anemia she has so she knows the right supplements to take. A specialist in gastrointestinal medicine (gastroenterologist) would be the specialist doing the endoscopy and evaluating the acidity and nausea. They could also start testing her blood to see what type of anemia she has. Hope this helps.
