What To Do For Gaining Weight?

Hii sir I m Razat , 23 year old male , with height 182 cm and weight 58 kgs , will u please suggest me tht taking decdan and practin tablets for gaining weight is good or not ? If Good , than please tell me the correct dosage to be taken in a day for not having any side effects ? And if not good , than please tell what should I take for gaining weight ?

Taking medicines for increasing the weight is not at advisable and the medicines that you have been given the name may be harmful and try away from them, I wont advise to do that, could be harmful for health, hope this information helps.
