Hello,
Thank you for the post on HCM.
I have gone through your sons history.
As he is aged only 3 years and he was hit on his ear and side of the head. The ears will be soft and sensitive any injury on the external surface of the ear will have severe pain he may not allow you to touch that area.
I would like to advise
1.Apply antiseptic cream over the wound
2.Give oral Antibiotics
3.Oral Analgesics
4.Keep the area clean
5.If any swelling on the Head give hot fermentation.
If symptoms like loss of consciousness is present consult your doctor at the earliest.
Thank you
