What To Do For Headache, Nausea And Back Pain Due To A Hit In The Head?

Hi

I hit my head 3 nights ago and i have had this headache, nausea and now unexplained middle back pain. I feel a little lit lightheaded but only if i move a bit fast. My forehead feels hot too.

My pupils and reactive to light, nothing unusual. My BP this arvo was 116/83 (i study nursing)

I am a female, aged 20 yrs.

This may be a tension headache from spasm of your neck muscles but it would be best to get examined by a doctor
