What To Do For Itching In The Vagina?

Hi & thank u. I had sex about 2 wks ago. A mistake of anal-to vagina occured. To self treat & cleans, I douched with ultra cleansing vinegar douche. Days later itching of vagina area, burning & urgency to urinate occured. I began self treatment of 700mg of cranberry softgel tablets plus a 3 day trmt of otc metronidazole. Both problems persisted (very foul order to urine & greenish (I think) discharge. Thru nurse-on-line to my GYN, my doc perscribed 2 tablets of 500mg of metronidazole. Meanwhile I got lucky to see another tenured OB/GYN right away. A urine sample plus pap smear
was done. First results were over growth of strep group B in urine. Clindamycin 300mg twice a day was prescribed. 3 days later I happened to call 2nd docs nurse to confirm "strep" group B not Staph. I was correct. However, new results on pap & urine tests: both were found to contain ecoli. Now Cipro has been prescribed.
