What To Do For Loosing Weight?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here..I'm currently on the mirena and I would like to lose some weight! Some of my friends have done the hcg diet drops and have had success. However is it okay to use while on the mirena? I'm 23 years old and weigh 144 I'm 5'4 and healthy I've had one pregnancy and my son is 2 years old now. I have a healthy medical history.

DO not go into the hcg diet things. Try the natural way first.

Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.

It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day
