What To Do For Pain Caused By Carvical Canal?

Hi Doctror, I wander if can help me understand a bit more a bout my problem I ve had pains, which I would describe pins and needles accompanied most of the time by fatigue. Recent MRI showed some narrowing of the cervical canal. I wonder whether this is responsible for all the pain I suffered for the last 4 years
