What To Do For Pain In The Knee With Temporary Relief From Meloxicam?
I m 30 m, i have knee pain sins 2 years i m working in garage from 10 years. I went to orthopedic and take x-ray then result is normal, he gave me meloxicam 15 mg. daily i take one tablet its good my all around knee pain is gon for that time but my center of knee pain is not healing. I cant fold leg and cant sit down. And tablets finish then pain is come back next day. Please help me sir. And sorry for my not fluent english.

From history it seems that due to nature of your work you got this problem.
Do not stand with knee bent or sit squtting position.
Go for patellar and thigh muscle exercises daily.
Take calcium and vitamin D and A supplements.
