What To Do For The Acute Pain In The Shoulders And Joints?

RA - since 9 years

My wife is suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis since almost 9 years. She is presently taling Oncotrex 7.5 mg - OD (sat & Sun), Folvit, HCQS 200 mg OD, Hifenac P BD, Shelcal 500 mg, Feronix T OD. This was prescribed by Dr Namisha Patel, Consultant Rheumatologist, Baroda. Then I consulted recently Dr Anish Agarwal at Fortis, Noida and the medication is same except Hifenac is replaced by Etova ER 400 BD and Rablet 20 BD is added.



Now she has acute pain in shoulders and knee joints and also at calf muscles and sole. She is not able to walk and even stand while lyedown because of pain all through. We are also consulting and taking regular physiotherapy at Noida for shoulders and knee joints/ calf muscle.



Could you please advise some medication for immediate relief from acute pain?
