What To Do For The Dizziness, Headache And Bruises Due To A Fall?

I had a fall and think I ve hit my head and woke up a few hours later. Did have a few drinks and think I slipped down some stairs. When woke after the few hour I made my way to bedroom and was sick. Next morning very vague what happened and have three places on head I reeled bruised. I was sick again about 16 hours later and head aches. Now 3 days later still feeling a little nauseous and light headed. Is this ok or should I do something.

It seems that you have an injury caused by the headache. It is possible that you have a concussion which is causing the headache. You can started by drinking a lot of water with glucose.

Also ice the area to reduce the injury and help with the concussion. Please see a Doctor or the ER if you do not feel better after 2 days. All the best.
