What To Do For The Excessive Vomiting During Pregnancy?

Its my 19th week n 4rth day, my previus pregnancy ended in an IUD Due to iugr. This time all is normal till now, but recently had fever due to flu etc , & have been vomiting daily mostly on empty stomach , & last night woke up from sleep vomiting excessively . What do u suggest

Dear madam,I understand your concern.vomitings are usually seen in pregnancy.in my opinion better take medicine for vomitings after consultation with gynae.avoid spicy diet.take small quantities of food every 2 hrs.have adequate fluids upto 3 litres.like water ,coconut water and fruit juices so that you might not be dehydrated due to vomitings.dont worry vomitings will be mostly controlled by medicines and they are safe too.take some dry toast or biscuit or ginger in any form after getting up in the morning to avoid the sickness.
