What To Do For The Gastric Problem And Chest Pain?

I am having a gastric problem for little longer period. Last two weeks I had more chest pain mainly on left side and now I am having a pain in my left arm. The pain remains until I release burps. I also had an ECG test as I had chest pain but it was normal. Is it possible gastric problem cause a pain in left arm?

Your symptoms are not typical for gastric issues.
Otherwise in rare cases hiatal hernia and acid reflux may cause symptoms similar to yours.
this is why to my opinion you should perform upper endoscopy to betetr evaluate gastric issues.
