What To Do For The Pain And Discomfort After Passing Stool?
i have a problem while discharging stool, shown doctor digonosis for sentinel pile, advice given by doctor for operation.
After discharging stool i feel very pain inside for atleast 20-25 minutes, feel very uncomfortable. pls advice for remedy of this.

Most possible issue seems to be anal fissure.
The primary guidelines are:
- Sitz bath regularly.
- Manage smooth and regular bowel movements with dietary measures and bulk forming laxatives.
- Local soothing agents application as Shield ointment or else.
