What To Do For The Pain And Discomfort In The Spine?

my age is 61 with 6 ft. height sports background.no other health complains but for this spine problem since 2/3 yrs. Icannot take walk or stand for 5 minutes as my thigh , hip, musles get stiff & nubness also forms. An xray shows a small error in last vertibra of spine.Ido not want to for surgory. pls. advice.

Your symptoms could be related a disc herniation in the lumbar spine. For this reason, I recommend performing a lumbar spine MRI in order to examine better your vertebral column and your nerves.
