What To Do For The Pain In The Back Due To Kneading Knot?

I hv a raw constant kneading knot in my upper left side of my back. I'm a hairstylist and I seem to have picked up carpel tunnel as well. It's day in and day out, pain. I have had at least fifty massages over the past.ten years and it only is getting worse.
