What To Do For The Reduction In The Sexual Feeling Due To Medication?

I have been taking the following medication over the last two years. I am 56, male, sexually very active. My sexual performance seems to be affected and I even feel reduction in size of my penis. ecospirin 75 mg, seloken 25, telma 10 all in the morning after breakfast, rosovas 10 after dinner.
