What To Do For The Stripness In The Back?

sir I have a problem in the back spine at l4 l5 and s1 as a reult of which i generates a pain at lumber area and no radiation to the legs. i have done the MRI shows the above problem and after taking the medicine no pain but stripness in the back what should i do

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be sciatica pain .

So go for physiotherapy and take mild painkiller.

Also do vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12 blood test.

Take Vitamin D3 once a week and meganeuron once a day if these comes less than normal.
