What To Do For The Sudden Bowel Disruption?

i recently have had anal intercourse but the next day i felt something wrong, for the past 4 days i have had diarrhea that smelled like vinegar, then constipation and i also appear to have something like a hemorrhoid on my rectum but it has nearly gone so far, i am worried about the smell and the sudden bowel disruption, i have never had anything like this even after anal... i am also embarrassed to ask someone in real life.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of diarrhea and smell like vinegar days ago after anal intercourse which you had earlier but without such problems. Then you developed constipation and felt like a hemorrhoid and now worried abut sudden bowel disruption.
As per the history you have provided you had past history of anal intercourse without any problem but felt the problems next day this time.
Hence the problems may not be related to anal intercourse.
This is all indicative of colitits and should be investigated.
I would advise you the following:
Send the sample for stool examination.
Clinical examination and per-rectal examination with proctoscopy to see the local problems.
A course of an antibiotic and metronidazole along with probiotics and so on for at least 5 days and you may be alright.
