What To Do For The Vomiting?

Hi my 6 month old baby has vomited a lot today. She vomited both her first bottle feeding and the gerber food I feed her. She seem to vomit everything back up and can t keep anything down, she vomits so much it seems as she can breath. I don t know if I should be alarmed by this or take her to the doctor. What should I do.

repeated vomiting by a baby should be alarming as babies are prone to dehydration and its consequences.... you should take your baby to the er asap for possible immediate i/v support and further investigation
