I question the role of steroids for treatment of UTI, unless it is being given for treatment of Multiple sclerosis. I would like to know if u have frequency,urgency, nocturia, urinary leakage. What ur urine routine and culture and Ultrasound KuB with PVR reports say. Antibiotics should help. Can u empty ur bladder completely by voiding. If not u may require CIC then along with antibiotics.
