What To Do If A 4month Old Baby Is Constipated And Passing Gas Even After Giving Neopeptine Drops?

hi my baby is four months. n he is having gas problem. he is on neopeptine drops since two days. i am giving him 0.5ml in d morning n nite. he is passing gas since then my question is can i give d drops in d afternoon n its 6 days my baby has not paased stools. he is on breast milk only

4 months baby do not need digestive drops.
you may give colimex drops for relief from gas.
Constipation needs treatment provided there is abdominal distention or vomiting or not accepting feeds.
