Hello

High grade fever with stomach ache and spleen enlargement appears to be infective in origin. This infection may be bacterial, viral or parasitic in origin.
Proper hematological and infection workup will be helpful in diagnosis of the condition and management accordingly.
I would suggest you to visit a physician for the evaluation and treatment.
Regards
