What To Do If Child Is Passing Dark Stools After Been Given Clindamycin?

hi, dr. Gave clindamycin to my 4 year old son. using it. Last 3 days. His poop was dark green at first than black last 2 days. He has no complaint about pains or he does not act like sick. I stop giving medicine to night. I am concerned he is sleeping now. What should I do?

Maintain hydration normal food should not be stopped. Present recommendation ofWHO is no medication and only to maintain hydration..
