What To Do If Had Soreness In The Inside Of Knee After Playing Sports?

Hi i I play netball, ride a bike, run and am experiencing soreness on the inside of knee. It doesn t stop me from doing all the sports, although it becomes uncomfortable afterwards. Im 55 years old, fit, healthy, and always played sport. Thank you in anticipation. Jan

Get your CPK done , it is a muscle enzyme , it is raised in myopathies and patient who experience this can have such symptoms .
