What To Do If Having Abdominal Pain, Tiredness And Headaches While Having Nuvaring And Nicotine Patches?

Hello, I am a 23 yr. old woman who has been on nuvaring for six months and have been on the nicotine patch for eight days. I am wondering if there are any risks in being on both at the same time. I have had medium abdominal pain, am very tired and have had pretty severe headaches. Should I make a doctor's appointment or stop one or the other? Thank you.
