What To Do If Having Burning Sensation In Triceps And Severe Sharp Pain In Arms And Shoulders After Workout?
i had a burning sensation in my tricept and now its progressed into a severe sharp pain in my upper arm and shoulder. the last time i worked out was about 6 days ago and the burning was there very slightly for about a week before the workout. the workout was an upper body workout. i am in good shape

It is just a muscle pain.
You can apply warm compresses for symptomatic relief.
Avoid heavy workouts for few days.
Generally it will settle by itself.
