What To Do If Having Limb And Abdominal Pain, Nausea, Vomiting After Being Diagnosed With Chronic Pancreatitis, Sphincter Of Oddi Disfunction And Pancreas Divisum?

I have chronic pancreatitis, sphincter of Oddi dis function, and pancreas divisum. The last 5 days my pain, nausea, and vomiting are out of control. I am having limb pain to the point my legs and hands arched last night after a CT scan that I felt paralyzed. I am still hving limb and abdominal pain and my dr told me to double or triple my home mess and I m scared to do that. Plz help me!!

Hi
If you have that severe pain possibly its an acute exacerbation of underlying chronic pancreatitis. If it is very severe I suggest you should get admitted and receive intra venous analgesics. Also I you have severe limb pain should get your vitamin D levels checked and also get Doppler for venous thrombosis if it is only in one limb especially associated with welling of the limb.
