What To Do If Having Pain In Testicles After Taking Male Enhancement Pill?

hello my boyfriend (50 yrs) took a mail enhanment pill yesterday called black mamba I think it was I must admit it works (good god) but anyway we have had sex like 6 times and hes only come once. he went to go to work and about an hour later he came home saying his left nut has a sharp pain. He says its feeling better but hes still moaning and growning. could he have blue balls, std, ui or what. should I ice'em. what should I make him do?

Hi this can be torsion of testes, which might have been due to excessive strain on the abdominal musculature and the one supporting the testes. You must rush to the hospital ad get urgent ultrasonography and color doppler study as it may need surgery within 6 hours of torsion. Do not waste time.
