What To Do To Increase Height By 2-3 Inches In A 19 Year Old?
I'm two months away from turning 19. I'm male with South Asian descent. I stand 5 feet 7.5 inches. I am roughly 158 lb. My dad is 5 feet 11 inches. My mother is 5 feet 5 inches. My projected height is 5 feet 10 inches. My voice isn't necessarily deep, and I can't grow facial hair very well. I grew .5 inch earlier this year (2013) after eating right and exercising. What can I do to grow 2-3 inches?
I think the opinion of an endocrinologist could be helpful. A specific protocol of growth hormone administration could be of immense help. This however requires a careful review of your growth curve if any and other special family and medical file specifications. However, even in case the therapy is started, compliance and patience remain key aspects you must have to respect. I suggest you book an appointment with an endocrinologist. Kind regards
