Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Do not lift weight or bend forward, use light pillow under your back while sleeping, take physiotherapy, use taylor brace, give hot fomentation. Surgical pain may take 6 months for complete relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jaideep Gaver, Orthopedic Surgeon
