What To Do When Nuvaring Is Accidentally Removed A Week In Advance?
I took my nuvaring out a week early, misread my calendar. It was about 24 hrs ago and wanted to know if its better to just let this be my menstral week and put in a new one, when I should have actually aken it out. Also, with this alert my cycle a lot. Aka meaning is it possible to bleed the first few days of putting in the new ring? Thanks

I can understand your concern. As you have already taken your Nuvaring out, you are going to get your menstruation due to dropped hormonal levels. Do not put another ring now.
You can put another ring after your periods week. Use condoms for contraception till you start with the new Nuvaring.
