General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello and thank you for asking HCM,

I understand your concern. Regarding to your symptoms, this migraine is connected with your high blood pressure and not with hitting the door. My suggestion is to visit your GP to test your blood pressure and make proper examination to get proper medication. High blood pressure can years be without symptoms, but after headache appears, it means that your body cannot compensate it any more and that you need medication.

I hope this answer was helpful to you and I hope you will visit your GP as soon as you can.
