What To When Hit On Head Causes Blurred Vision, Ear Block And Trouble While Swallowing?

I collided heads playing football yesterday, I was hit on the top of the ear with a resulting bump directly behind it, I was dazed and vision slightly blurred but nothing too major however, my ear now feels blocked although hearing is still ok, it hurt to chew on left side yesterday although today it just feels uncomfortable, feels as though something is there when swallowing, could it just be down to swelling and hopefully will improve as days go by?

as there is a blunt injury on the ear and there is difficulty in chewing and swallowing, there may be fracture of the temporomandibular joint or mandible or skull bone. should get CT brain done immediately as there was blurring of vision too, to rule out contusion of brain. seek immediate advice of ENT surgeon and if required neurosurgeon too.
