What Treatment Do You Suggest For Pain In Neck ,shoulder And Also Experiencing Nausea ,difficulty In Urination Post Accident?

I was in a bad car accident this Sunday. I m having pain around my neck it feels stiff but I can move it around but it hurts. My upper back and right shoulder hurt as well. In the mornings or whenever I get up I get dizzy and feel nauseas. This morning I had to pee and I had to push really hard to finally pee.

I really appreciate your concern as long as the pain is concern this could be due to the accident but the other complain like urine problem this may not be due to the accident, for the pain you can have the Analgesic drug and for the urine problem drink plenty of water this would come around, if the condition becomes worse then you have to go to ER, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
