What Treatment Do You Suggest For Pain In The Right Hip After Crash Landing ?
I landed hard on my right hip during flag football today. Ever since, the bottom right side of the back of my neck has been in pain. I can t look to my right without feeling pain. My hip is also in pain from the front wrapping around to my lower back.

hi pain in right hip after crash landing while flag football , don,t worry, apply dynapar gel thrice daily, any etocoxib group medicine and take rest 1 week. nothing to worry.
