Hello,

As you have Hamstring Injury first thing I will say is stabilize the knee with a knee brace and also use thigh band for supporting the hamstring.

Use hot water fermentation at the thigh region. Start slow low intensity static hamstring and static Quadriceps. Do ankle toe movements too. Once done with this do straight leg raise in supine lying and prone lying.

Wait for about a week, if you find muscles are stronger on both sides of lower limbs do balance board training. This happens to be quite effective in sports Injury for better outcome score.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
