What Treatment Is Suggested For Hashimotos Thyroditis?

Hello my question is about Hashimotos thyroditis? I have high antibodies but normal T4, T3, and TSH. But i have all the symptoms except the weight gain, i actually have went from 148pounds to 115 in the last 4 years. I have some really werid things happening to me.

Good day,
If you have had hashimoto's thyroiditis and if antibodies are positive, there is a high likelyhood of developing hypothyroidism in the future. I noted your concern of weight gain. But if the TSH is normal, we can not prescribe Thyroxine yet. You may have to look at other causes of weight gain apart from hypothyroidism.
