Hi! I m age 49. I ve started to have irregular periods which my doctor says is signs of premenopause. However they seem to be more frequent than usual. I ve always had very regular periods once a month for 4-5 days. Now it s twice a month. My last period was very light, just a few drops for about 2 weeks, sometimes brown or dark red, It stopped for three days and now I ve been spotting a few drops each day. It hasn t really stopped completely. I have no pain but feel very light cramps as I would always feel when my period is coming.
