General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Lumbar spondylosis should be managed with physiotherapy and pain medications initially. In case of any neurological deficits you should have a MRI of lumbo sacral spine to find out any nerve compression syndromes. In such case you can utilise help of neurologist. For consultation in nimhans you should get a referral letter from orthopedician or physician. Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further queries.
