What Treatment Is Suggested For Diarrhea Caused By Food Poisoning?

I have had diarrhea the past 3 days. I have used Gas-X to stop the gas pains, and it seemed to work. I've had very little to eat since Friday- but haven't really been hungry either. I'm going to guess it is a case of food poisoning (improperly cooked food) that is working its way out of the system. I've maintained a good intake of fluids so not to become dehydrated. Wondering what you might suggest?
