Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms. First of all, we need to be sure of the cause of headaches.

The most common cause for frequent headaches is migraine. If the history is typical of migraine, scanning is not necessary. However, if it is atypical, then, it would be better to do a brain scan.

There are good medications to treat migraine.

Please discuss these issues with your neurologist.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Best wishes,
