What Treatment Methods Can Help Induce A Bowel Movement?

I did not have a regular bowel movement for 3 weeks. I finally bought, laxatives, enemas, prune juice, and plums. 2 days ago I cleared a lot of junk from my body. MY stomach is killing me. I'm afraid to eat. This is 3 days later. Can you help me? Also, when I try to have a bowel movement, a lot of clear gel comes out.

Hello,

The residual content of the colon would be best cleared with Polyethylene glycol as Peglac or else which works as an osmotic laxative and takes around 24-36 hours for gut cleansing.
