What Treatment Should I Take For Continuous Bleeding For 15 Days That Is Increasing By The Day ?

hi, i m 25 yrs old and i have 1 yr old baby. Here i think i can solve my problem, and actually my problem is bleeding continued for 15 days, very light bleeding for 7 days 1 pad is enough for whole day that much of light bleeding and after that day by day increasing of bleeding, sometimes appear blood clots. please any suggestions. pls help me anyone.
