The sweat accumulation, hot weather can predispose you for scalp fungal infection and dandruff which can cause hairfall. Better to avoid such situation by properly keeping hair and scalp dry at regular intervals with towel. Also avoid sun exposure. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables for vitamins and antioxidant effects. Drink plenty of water. Avoid stress by taking frequent breaks at work, do Yoga, Prayanam for relaxation. Avoid eating junk food, colas. Get 6-8 hours of refreshing sleep daily. Before recommending any treatment I would like you to get examined by a Dermatologist to rule out any other problem which can be causing hair loss because stress, hormonal problems can also cause hair loss. According to cause you will be treated appropriately.
